Terms and Conditions

1. Service Provider Identification (Art. 7 D.Lgs. 70/2003)

This Service is operated by RIPARI YOUNG GROUP SOCIETA' IN ACCOMANDITA SEMPLICE DI RIPARI ENRICO (hereinafter, the "Operator"), with registered office at Via Scipio Sighele 13, 00177 Roma (RM), VAT No. IT10964801004, Tax Code 10964801004, REA No. RM - 1268036, Certified Email (PEC) ripariyounggroupsnc@legalmail.it.

The Service is marketed under the brand Vega. ADM (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli) License: pending issuance.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Service: the set of features provided by the Vega platform, including sports betting, casino games, and any related activity.
  • User: any natural person who registers for and/or uses the Service.
  • Account: the personal profile created by the User upon registration.
  • Bet: any wager placed by the User on a sporting event or other event offered on the platform.
  • Game: any casino game or other entertainment activity offered through the platform.
  • Balance: the credit available in the User's Account.
  • Platform: the website and/or application through which the Service is provided.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or using the Service, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.

If the User does not agree to these Terms, they must refrain from using the Service and from registering on the Platform.

4. Age and Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Service is restricted exclusively to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, in accordance with Art. 56 of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2007 and applicable gambling legislation.

Access to the Service is prohibited for individuals excluded from gambling by order of the competent Authority, by registration in the Single Self-Exclusion Register (RUA), or by any other ground of ineligibility provided by law.

The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from the User at any time, and to suspend or close the Account if verification is not satisfactorily completed.

The User represents that they are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. The Operator is not responsible for use of the Service in violation of local laws applicable to the User.

5. Account Registration and Verification

The User is required to provide accurate, truthful, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Each natural person may hold only one Account. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the Operator reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate the associated balances.

In compliance with customer due diligence obligations under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2007 (anti-money laundering regulations), the Operator may require the User to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or additional documentation necessary for KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

Identity verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. The Operator reserves the right to suspend the Account until the verification procedure is complete.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Euro (EUR) and through the payment methods accepted and listed on the Platform.

  • Minimum deposit: as indicated on the Platform at the time of the transaction.
  • Minimum withdrawal: EUR 10.00.
  • Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the verification checks required.
  • All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and approval by the Operator.
  • The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Deposits are processed through third-party payment service providers. The Operator is not responsible for any delays or fees applied by such providers.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern sports betting activity on the Platform:

  • Bets are irrevocable once placed and confirmed by the system.
  • Odds are subject to change until the moment the bet is actually placed. The applicable odds are those displayed at the time of confirmation.
  • The Operator reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed in the event of a manifest error in the odds, suspicious activity, breach of these Terms, or irregularities of any kind.
  • Maximum bet limits apply and are displayed at the time of placement.
  • Bet settlement is based on the official results declared by the event's governing body. Any subsequent changes to results do not affect settlement already carried out, unless otherwise specified.

8. Casino Game Rules

Casino games offered on the Platform are governed by the following rules:

  • The outcomes of all games are determined by a server-side random number generator (RNG), certified and audited to ensure fairness.
  • The house edge is disclosed in each game's information and can be reviewed by the User before starting a session.
  • Game session results are final and non-appealable.
  • In the event of a game session interruption due to technical issues, the Operator will endeavour to restore the game state where technically feasible. If restoration is not possible, the wager will be refunded to the User.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by the Operator are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to the User at the time of the offer.

  • Each bonus is subject to playthrough requirements (wagering requirements) that must be fulfilled before the User can withdraw funds derived from the bonus.
  • Unless otherwise stated, each User is entitled to one bonus per promotion.
  • The Operator reserves the right to revoke, modify, or cancel any bonus in the event of abuse, fraudulent use, breach of promotional terms, or conduct contrary to the principle of good faith.
  • The specific terms of each promotion shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions in the event of conflict.

10. Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

The Operator operates in full compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2007 and subsequent amendments, as well as European directives on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

  • The User is subject to customer due diligence procedures at the time of registration and subsequently based on risk profile.
  • The Operator is required to report suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Wagering limits and reporting thresholds prescribed by applicable anti-money laundering regulations apply.
  • The User undertakes not to use the Service for purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.

11. Responsible Gambling

The Operator actively promotes responsible gambling and is committed to providing tools and resources to prevent problem gambling. For more information, please visit our dedicated page: Responsible Gambling.

  • The User may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and spending limits directly from their Account.
  • The User may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Service by contacting customer support at support@vegabet.com.
  • The Operator supports and cooperates with the Single Self-Exclusion Register (RUA) managed by ADM. Users registered in the RUA will be automatically excluded from the Service.
  • The Operator reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the Service if it detects behaviour indicative of problem gambling.

12. Prohibited Activities

The User undertakes not to engage, directly or indirectly, in any of the following activities:

  • Use of automated systems, bots, third-party software, or any tool that alters the normal operation of the Service.
  • Exploitation of bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities of the Platform.
  • Fraud, money laundering, collusion with other users, or any form of unfair play.
  • Creation or maintenance of multiple accounts.
  • Use of the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
  • Use of the Service by minors (persons under 18 years of age).

Violation of the above provisions will result in immediate suspension and/or closure of the Account, confiscation of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close the User's Account at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in the following cases:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Need to comply with regulatory obligations, orders of competent authorities, or ADM directives.
  • Failure to complete identity verification procedures within the required timeframe.
  • Any other justified cause for the protection of the Operator or third parties.

Upon account closure, legitimate balances will be returned to the User subject to completion of identity verification procedures. Funds derived from fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms will be confiscated.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Operator shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Technical failures, service interruptions, malfunctions of the Platform or servers.
  • Incorrect odds or errors in the display of information on the Platform.
  • Payment issues handled by third-party providers.
  • Unauthorized access to the User's Account caused by the User's negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, network infrastructure failures, government orders.

15. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, trade names, graphic and textual content, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Operator or their respective rightful owners and are protected by Italian, European, and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

The reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or any other use of the Platform's content, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the Operator is strictly prohibited.

16. Right of Withdrawal (Art. 52 D.Lgs. 206/2005)

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of registration, without giving any reason and without penalty, provided that the Service has not yet been performed.

The User acknowledges and agrees that, if they have expressly consented to the performance of the Service before the expiration of the withdrawal period (for example, by making a deposit and using the Service), the right of withdrawal shall be deemed waived pursuant to Art. 59(1)(a) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send an unambiguous communication to the Operator via:

17. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes relating to the Service, the User is encouraged to first contact customer support at support@vegabet.com. The Operator undertakes to provide a response within 30 (thirty) business days of receipt of the complaint.

If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the User may use the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Additionally, the User may file a complaint with the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) in accordance with the procedures set out by applicable gambling legislation.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Italian law.

For any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Courts of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's forum (the User's place of residence or domicile) pursuant to Art. 66-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

19. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be communicated to the User by email and/or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the User does not wish to accept the changes, they have the right to close their Account and request withdrawal of their available balance, subject to the applicable verification procedures.
